There is much casual talk about how LEDS are the answer/rubbish. Clearly the truth is somewhere in between.
I think:
- LED lighting is good for some purposes
- Tungsten lamps will likely continue to be used for certain applications
- Fluorescent tubes also have a place to play
- Like all things, we need ‘horses for courses’ – there is no silver bullet
