Shipping

Upon receiving payment, where items are in stock (most education kits and smaller items), we will despatch orders the next working day by second-class post unless you request otherwise at the time of ordering. Note some items are shipped direct to customers from abroad, you will be notified of charges and timescales before your order is confirmed. Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.

Returns

We only accept returns for broken or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and us. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made.

We require all items below £50 to be sent back by recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent back by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact your courier directly.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

Please Note

Shipping for small items such as Education Kits within the UK carries a fixed £5 fee. Please disregard the automatic shipping charge levied on larger orders and deliveries to outside the UK. In this case shipping quotes will be supplied for approval and then passed on at cost.
